University Museum’s 9th annual Brunnier in Bloom will be happening March 24th through the 26th this year in the Brunnier Art Museum, located on the second floor of the Scheman Building at the Iowa State Center. This highly anticipated annual event is a great way to celebrate spring, community and innovative design as Central Iowa florists, garden clubs, artists, and students are challenged to create arrangements inspired by art from the current exhibitions.
All of the activities during this flower-filled weekend are free and open to the public.
To kick things off and be the first to hear the judges reveal this year’s winners, come for opening night during Flowers After Hours on March 24, from 6-8pm in the Brunnier Art Museum, 295 Scheman Bldg., Iowa State Center.
